i'm back from boards

wow - can't believe it's been almost a month since i've posted on the blog! things got real crazy there real quick! i am all done with my national written boards, my anesthesia written boards, my anesthesia clinical boards and my dental hygiene clinical boards and am just awaiting the results due in about 4 weeks for the clinical DHs and 7 weeks for the national writtens. I found out immediately that I passed my anesthesia writtens and then proceeded to the anesthesia clinicals. danny (david's twin bro) was my boards pt for that (thanks danny! i owe you BIG time!).

The top picture is me at the Merrick Family Christmas with my niece Katie (Lynn) and my sister-in-law Katie (Jo).

Second picture is us celebrating Carly's 2nd birthday at the same event. L-R is Katie, Matt, Danny, Carly, Katie, Grammie Ginger and Jaclyn. We're at Ron & Karen's house. They have done a lot of work on the house this year - it looks amazing.

Bottom pic is Paula and I at Christmas. It was so wonderful to see everyone but David and Lachlan's presence was definitely missed!

We are planning a trip down in the Spring. David will have a 2 week break and we have a free ticket to use up within a year (from my boards patient who I couldn't take at the last minute - it was a non-refundable ticket).

David starts school January 18th full-time at BSU. He is going to complete his B.A. PoliSci then go on for a post-B.A. cert in Orthotics and Prosthetics. I have to start looking for a job but am anxious to do so at least without my clinical exams results which is the one I mainly feel I may not have passed. Oh well keep prayin' for me all goes well! I guess thinking about it until the results arrive doesn't help much!
