happy thanksgiving!
The weather is turning really cold now. It snowed on thanksgiving day and the day after as well. These pics are of Lochie yesterday as we left the house to go outside. I think he looks really cute in his Richmond Tigers beanie that Nana & Poppa gave him and also he has a big blue and red winter coat but we can't put it on when we go in the car because its too big for his carseat restraints! So we layer a lot then put him in it when we arrive at our destination.Things are crazy right now and I haven't updated the blog in about a month! I am doing my boards in about 8 days and am flying down to LA in about 2 weeks for my clinical boards. I am studying heaps - spending a lot of late nights at BSU. I am getting book-weary and am ready for this experience to be over already! Please pray for me that I'll pass my boards (all of them!) and that my clinical boards pt will qualify and be reliable! Lochie is doing great at day care. He had Friday off school and will be back Monday. We had a great thanksgiving - David did all the cooking while I studied and he roasted a turkey, and did yams, stuffing, cheesy cauliflower, fresh baked rolls, mashed potatos and gravy and cranberry dressing. Lochie and I made the cranberry dressing. I put the almonds in a ziplock bag and Lachlan smashed them up, then he helped me add mandarin pieces to the cranberries and crushed toasted almonds. He is a very good cook! ;)

David started work at 3:30am Friday morning - we are celebrating that this will be the last year he will have to manditorily work retail on holidays! His company is really great and tries to make it fun and easier for the employees by raffling off prizes, turkeys and providing free breakfasts and lunches etc but still it'll be nice not having to get up at 2:30am the day after thanksgiving!
Hope all your holidays were happy!
- Love Bi, David & Lochie
